I have hard time to get anything working, because of several reasons, my vassals keep making many factions against me such as lower authority and desires some of my kingdoms, peasants keep rising like every month and last but not least > Army Levies risen too long. Luckily Holy Roman Empire decided to aid me and so i won, since Gavelkind was as succession law i decided not to grant Kingdoms to anyone. In that second i forgot that Gavelkind still existed in Empire so i got only 6 counties?, don't remember and my uncle suddenly got Kingdom of Livonia which was already 60 % of my Empire, then he decided to start Faction for Senior Elective, at that moment decided to revoke one his titles which led to war. After first Emperor died, not exactly but was assassinated by wife, his son (Boleslaw II) took control of Empire.
Next step, decided to go up and conquer bit of Estonia and bit of Finland, then was possible to create kingdom of Livonia, i remember right. After conquering Balts i could finally form Empire. Started as Poland king just for fun because there are many pagans up to north.
Playing CK 2 quite long time and decided to try to form my first empire.
